Transportation

Paso Robles does have quite a few public transportation options. Uber and Lyft would be at the top of the list.

There is a BUS transit in Paso Robles (Paso Express). They provide a low-cost transit service throughout Paso Robles.

Paso Robles has a TON of amazing restaurants to choose from. They are all amazing so it's so hard to choose where to go! Depending on what you are in the mood for, here are some of my go-to places:

Atmosphere/Full bar with great food:

Fish Gaucho: Corner of 13th and Park. Lively Mexican cantina w/ craft cocktails & tequila bar ($$$)

Taste Eatery: Park Square. Great drinks, great food ($$)

Pappy McGregor's: On Pine St. Great Irish Pub with good and and full bar ($$)

Street Side Ale House: 843 12th St. Good American food menu and full bar w/ many beers on tap ($$)

Blast & Brew: 803 13th St. Beer and wine Taphouse, American eatery ($$)

Closest & Favorite Local Wineries

Steinbeck Vineyards: Family owned, specializing in Viognier, Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, and Petite Sirah wines. Approx. 15 mins off Union Road.

Brochelle Vineyards: Tuley Rd #130. Boutique tasting room approx. 2 miles off Union Road.

Croad Vineyards: West side Hwy 46 near Vineyard Drive. New Zealand "KIWI" influence. Approx. 15 mins

Justin Wine: West side Hwy 46 near Vineyard Drive. Specializing in Bordeaux-style varieties, combined with traditional winemaking practices. Approx. 20 mins

Vina Robles, Robert Hall Winery, Mitchella Vineyard: All around the same location. 3800 Mill Rd. 3.5 miles.

Eberle Winery: 3810 E Highway 46, 3.8 miles

Tobin James: 8950 Union Rd. Super fun atmosphere. 9 miles.

Oso Libre: Located on the West side of Hwy 46 and is home to some of the purest reds and grass fed beef. Must stop! Take Hwy 46 West (Hearst Castle) and exit on Vineyard Drive ~ 5 miles.

Opolo: West side treasure just before Oso Libre's tasting rooms. They serve brick oven pizzas to help wash down that tasty wine. Off Vineyard Drive ~4 miles.
